Portfolio Summary:

My portfolio began with luxury apartment and condominium construction with a private investor and developer before stepping into management. My experience over the years of supervision and working with trade personnel and suppliers has allowed quality control, identifying MEP Systems, capital improvements and operating expenditures, including assessment of forensic projects, audits, and correction of projects. My focus is working closely with the investors, and board members as a team player, submitting business proforma reports, variance reports and month to date reporting. I enjoy the participation and the involvement of residents in the communities and the focus of enforcing the governing documents.

Property Management:

Restored projects within 6 months between 2021-2022 of twelve (12) major projects not started due to COVID and challenges in 2021, short of supplies of and resources with the interruption of two (2) tornados in July.
