Supervised team of Data Analysts responsible for ETL of disparate data from Fortune 500 companies and national Associations into a universal DDC platform. Data cleansed, de-duped, standardized, geo-coded to political districts, and loaded into Democracy Direct online tool. Supported over three hundred distinct client databases.
Assessed client specific needs to inform client specific loading/reporting requirements during client onboarding conversion projects to produce data mapping documentation for data transformation to DDC database.
Developed client specific SQL scripting utilized in master SSIS automation framework. Developed ETL processes to glean data from FEC downloaded data to cut conversion time in half for new clients.
