We manufactured imitation crab meat in this Japanese facility. Started here as a machine operator from 1988 and mastered all aspects of process manufacturing. Supervised 25 production employees and two maintenance man. I was responsible for the multivac packaging and finished product storage end of the plant, and combined both sanitation, production, and material handling faces of plant operation.
