Generates all accompanying paperwork (DD1149, DA3964, SF153) for the incoming and outgoing shipments.

- Assists with the operations and running of the MIDS terminals using Link-16 technology, which allows military aircraft as well as ships and ground forces to exchange their tactical picture in near-real time.

- Assists in the loading of cryptographic and communication keys using a AN/PYQ- 10 Simple Key Loader (SKL) into the MIDS terminals at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) as well as the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR).

- Fill in as the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) facilities manager as needed.

- Researches/verifies/segregates incoming government/military property from 6 major DoD Depot Level activities throughout CONUS (including tactical aircraft and ground weapons systems/parts from F-14s, F-15s, F-16s, A-7s, B-1s, B-2, B-52s, A-10s, C- 135s, M1s, etc.). Verifies that all property has been correctly identified, shipped properly, is not security sensitive, does not require a demilitarization code challenge, and is suitable for reutilization or sales release to the public. Additionally, performs a variety of property disposal, control, and evaluation activities such as advising on the destruction, demilitarization or downgrading of usable property to scrap according to applicable regulations.

- Ensures accurate segregation, classification, handling, storage, and accountability of all excess or surplus property to prevent damage, loss, or personal injury (to proper classification of precious metal bearing items or scrap); understands and implements current Department of Defense property disposal policies and procedures, relying upon ongoing knowledge of property disposal instructions, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to property receipt and release.

- Operates material handling equipment (MHE) for the receipt, redistribution, and storage of property within the compound and warehouses. Communicates with Government personnel through oral briefings, written reports, and the preparation of Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs), conveying information and areas of concern in property evaluation and flow.
