. Switchboard Operator for 4 years. Answered all calls for credit union, learning all of the basic functions of the credit union. I sharpened my communication skills, my ability to make quick decisions, multitask, and handle member concerns in an efficient manner.

. Marketing Assistant for 2 years. Collected and recorded demographic information for all sales of credit union services.

. Member Service Representative/ Vault teller/ Back up head teller

. Member Support Specialist

- Answered all incoming calls, answering member questions, processing requests, resolving disputes and complaints. The following are examples of the typical requests from members.

-Stop payments on checks and assisted accounting with ACH stops.

- Set up payroll deposits and distributions. Made payroll changes as requested by members.

-Took loan requests including all the information needed to process the loan and distributed them to member service representatives for processing completion.

-Performed loan revisions as needed, backed off loan payments when applicable and then reworked the loan to reflect corrected changes, as dictated by policy

-Handled any concerns with debit cards.

-Created and distributed Debit and ATM cards when appropriate.

-Loaded member disputes and forwarded the disputes to the appropriate rep in Card Services.
