Responsibility Involved

Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.

Development of new vendors.

Vendor Registration Process

Handling requirement of materials.

Market survey of materials.

Invites Quotation from vendor.

Preparing comparison sheet.

Processing Purchase orders.

Follow up with vendor for Material, Medical Equipment & Pharma Product monitoring delivery dates.

Receiving invoices/bills from vendors get them sanctioned and arranging for payments.

Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.

Audit bills for accuracy against purchase orders.

Assisting with following up overdue with accounts department of vendor’s payment.

Maintaining and developing an approved vendors or suppliers list.
