Maintain all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality control (QC) documents legible.

Maintain all PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) documents legible.

Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan such that the quality of work is completed to the minimum required standard first time.

Raising Material inspection request (MIR), Site inspection request (SIR)

Resolve any day to day problems on site (including technical and quality issues with Trades Contractors).

Handling RFI from Subcontractor and Connected all Paper Work.

Supervise and Monitor plumbing Installation of SP, WP, VP & all plumbing and sanitary ware such as Faucets, Sanitary ware, wellness Products, Shower Enclosures, Flushing Systems, Water Heaters etc

Prepare and Verify construction Drawing, Specification and installation procedures of plumbing and sanitary ware.

Preparing Daily work Progress report.

Pressure Testing and commissioning of plumbing pipe and sanitary ware System.

Verification of drawings for technical comments prior to work.

Coordination with Suppliers & Consultant for approval of Material submissions, Equipment selections etc. Key skills:
