Return Window

You have 30 Days to return your order for a refund after delivery. Non-refundable Cases

Fluest accepts most returns within the 30-day return window, but we DO NOT accept returns for certain circumstances. Please carefully review the following scenarios in which you would not qualify for a refund:

1. Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window. 2. Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious man-made damage or missing accessories, etc.).

3. Products taken out of original packaging without manufacture defects.

*Fees Assumed by You

1. For returns involving non-manufacturer defects, the following THREE fees will be assumed by you:

1.1 Return Postage

The cost of return postage is 20% of the product(s) price (excluding original shipping costs and tax).

1.2 Original Shipping Fee

1.2.1 If free shipping was NOT included in your original order of the product(s) you are returning, we will deduct the shipping fee from your final refund total. 1.2.2 If the product(s) in question being returned was bought with free shipping, a base shipping fee(20% of product(s) price)that was incurred by the company will be accounted for, resulting in a reduction of the overall refund.

1.3 Restocking Fee

We will deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value from the final refund amount. All items must be sent by Feb 1, 2024.

2. Returns that are typically categorized under “non-manufacturing defects” include but are not limited to:

No longer need or want, expectations do not match, unsatisfactory performance or quality

Return(s) caused by duplicated orders, accident orders, wrong size

Return(s) caused by cancellation request(s) sent after the order has been shipped.

Return(s) caused by inaccurate shipping address provided upon order placement.

Return(s) not based on the product having a manufacturer’s defect and simply due to the customer’s personal preference.

Note:

1: Please contact Fluest customer service to return, in order to timely refund. 2: If returning an item, please ship it back within 15 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

3: Time of recevicing refund: 3-5 business days

Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Securely pack the items in a box.

Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorization inside the package. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side. Use the address listed above and affix the appropriate amount of postage. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice. Return Mailing Label
