Front Bezel Assembly:

•Inspect bezel display for scratches and imperfections

•Attach retainer brackets to bezel display and torque 8 lb. connector to lower bezel into position

•Install display cable, align black light shield and torque 8 lb. connector

Rear Bezel Assembly:

•Inspect bezel cover for scratches and imperfections

•Assemble power entry module into rear cover using screw and nut drivers.

•Install 60w 15v power supply into back cover of bezel, and connect power entry module cable to power supply

•Ground bonding cable, attach into the power supply equipotential ground pin, insert into rear cover

•Print labels with serial #/part #

•Mount a Masimo PCB/Nellcor main board to USB cable adapter

•Scan Serial/Part numbers into DHR

•Confirm serial/part numbers, rev, main board, Z board and date code into DHR

•Soldered SMT parts and PCB to circuit boards

•Kitted parts for a build, transported to production floor
