Job Responsibilities:

oDrive managers for initial cleaning daily in the select machines during Jishu Hozen time (JH) and educate operator to maintain the same after cleaning.

oMake the operators to identify abnormalities by tagging and support them to resolve within the time frame. White tag for solving on own and red tag for solving with the guidance of experts like maintenance and tool room. Improving and achieving White Tag Removal rate 85% by motivating and support shop floor operaters.
