Ensuring that all recruitment activities are executed and comply as per the defined process.

Doing job posting, searching and filtering appropriate candidates as per the job description from various sources (job portals, references, social sites, internal database etc.)

Performing the initial screening & Doing follow-up till final decision / closure. This might involve background checks too as and when required, issuing offer letter, follow-ups etc.

Maintain database for Candidate. Training and Development. Induction & Training (G-Sheet & ERP):

Ensuring that all on boarding and induction activities are executed and comply as per the defined process.
