Apartment Maintenance Manager – TN Investments - February 2022-2024

Managed 8 techs, 52 properties for a total of 1500 units, 2 shopping centers one with 38 stores the other with 42 stores in Orange County. Scheduling all vendors needed for unit turns using Apfolio, creating weekly schedules and assigning,creating and reviewing work orders based on priority, following up on completed work orders keeping an on call schedule . Keeping track, reviewing and approving vendor invoices as well as money spent by each tech, keeping inventory of multiple maintenance shops.
