As a supply analysis I compile and consolidate reports to identify automated processed information for errors, make recommendations to rectify different situations based on policy and procedures of the supply regulations. Assist in the research and analysis of the supply document automated system verses the physical inventories in multiple warehouses. Conduct distribution management studies to assess all aspects of the unit's activities, including automated information system and offline manual specifications. Knowledge of product regulations, procedures, methods and instructions for selection, manufacturing, shipping, and packing. Perform and send accurate and thorough documents with any corrections to all information results. Assist in the investigation and review of supply report requirements. Coordinate data support development for program managers and experts in logistics preparation. Participates of work aimed at identifying and amending delivery systems. Assisted in the assessment and preparation of short-and long-term supply needs. Collect data from automated systems to analyze recurring operation abnormality trends. Coordinate with customers and upper-level management to determine the implementation of actions involving shipping and/or receiving requirements, management property accountability systems, to ensure that property is in place where and when needed. Receipts, stores, and sets of bins and/or bulk goods, materials and equipment for sale or shipment. Maintains work orders information and creates records for accountability purposes. Track the stock database / spreadsheet details. Track computer programs for performance completeness and accuracy and provide suggested improvements. Provides practical advice on various working issues for warehouse staff. Conduct research to rebuild records and identify and resolve tracking issues. Participate in the most efficient allocation and utilization of storage space with highly qualified experts. Performs a widespread range of handling and/or packaging tasks. Conduct rigorous development testing and audits to address more complex problems with undefined information, inconsistencies, and frequent delivery errors. This operates a wide range of processing equipment to support the tasks assigned. Performs a physical count of resources in compliance with the accuracy of the data in the count sheet page for the appropriate quantity, location, condition code, nomenclature, and national stock number. Compiled system evaluations for reviewing the data that support (KSD’s) Key Supporting Documents for the documenting of additions, changes, or deletions. Notifies inventory support services to input errors found, if necessary, to correct the records throughout the process. Evaluating costs, reliability and timing as contract and management demand. Conduct research and organize specifications and methodologies of logistical support for contracts awarded. Knowledge of a wide range of storage functions and supply specifications for material differences in manufacturing and materials movement. Perform system supply studies and analyze all divided operation phases to include system transaction analysis, including automated data processing and manual off-line requirements. Assist in developing and train other employees on, one on one basis. Provides technical advice, guidance, and assistance on supply operations to employees in and out of my agency.
