Responsible for all the training, (safety, LOTO, HAZ-MAT, GMP’s, HCCP, and advancement in mechanic careers), USDA start up daily, punches on KRONOS for pay roll, and verify preventive maintenance is performed in timely manner. Work with contractor installs on new MEYEN Mechanical Dedoner, three new MORRELL Breast Skinners, four new SENSOR-X X-Ray Machines, and a new vacuum tumbler marinating system. Perform overtime justification and root cause for preventive downtime. Keep communication and moral between shifts.

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for third shift maintenance, (10 employees) the shut down and tear down of equipment, outside contractor sanitation, equipment changes overs per product specifications, assembly of equipment, and on time startup of five par fry and two fully cooked poultry lines. Performed daily Pre-Op with USDA, preventive maintenance schedule for all three shifts, performed 5-why for all down time, all training, and introduced 5-s system when implemented. Maintenance Supervisor

Started as a basic mechanic and was promoted to technician, lead technician, and to Supervisor. Responsible for ten employees on third shift, their training. Plant shut down, outside contractor sanitation, Utilities, and all lines shut down and on time plant start up. Took on water conservation project that beat a three-month expectation in first month. Overall, in charge of plant at night and weekend down time. All preventive maintenance of my third shift employees completed and audited in a timely manner.

10) Twenty plus years of very few companies of welding and fabricating and erecting. I started out as foreman making stainless steel and aluminum equipment for grocery stores, bakeries, and meat packing industry. Ended up as foreman and site crew lead on fabrication and erection on aircraft hanger at Camp Lagune North Carolina and 8 story building addition at Gordon College, Georgia. Both government contracts
