International Manufacturing Inc. ( a machine shop) in Hayward, CA. Sales Manager.

My assignments included cold calling to promote our machining business, developing procedural manuals for the company, and occasional quality control checks of finished products. During my stint in the machine shop, I brought in several major hi-tech companies as customers; for example, Intel, Lockheed, IBM, Raytheon, and Applied Materials.

While working for International Manufacturing Inc., I also studied to be a real estate sales associate. In 1992, I got my real estate broker license and founded EZ Loans, Realty.

In the summer of 1997, I worked as Program Coordinator for the Center for Educational Travel in San Rafael, CA. In this capacity, I was primarily responsible for placing French high-school students with American Host Families. During their stay in the USA, I planned their daily activities, from an outdoor trip to Great America to a simple picnic in the park.

1. Credit analyst. My role was to review car dealers' credit requests for the floor plan of new and used vehicles. 2. Finance Analyst. I engaged in the forecast of short and long-range plans based on current borrowing costs. I moved up to the position of Dental Administrator after assisting in cranking out the cost of medical benefits during the United Auto Workers labor negotiations.

Operations Analyst. My assignment was to evaluate existing practices and procedures and present solutions to maximize the returns from the branch.
