Senior Subcontract Administrator as a Temp position, initiated on 1 August 2022 thru 21 October 2022 as a Sr. Subcontract Administrator performing Cradle to grave multi-million dollar contracts, performing Project Information Forms (PIF) for submittal and acceptance, to the issued Contracts. The contractual documentation supported the requirement by creating a Notification for Rejection to the Contract Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA). The REA’s were supporting various contract requirements, and providing the response rejecting the Request for Equitable Adjustments (REA). Performed meetings with the Subcontract Technical Representatives (STR) and the Construction Contractors management as required. This was a Temp position working at the Nuclear Weapons Waste Disposal site in Carlsbad New Mexico. I was assigned in maintaining the Support Replacement Units Ventilation Systems and

Contract Specialist GS-12 Dept. of Veterans Affairs; June 24, 2019 thru July 31, 2020.

This position was Contract Administration performing Cradle to Grave type contracting of Supplies and Services, supporting the VA Hospitals in Southern California. The contracting involved System Award Management Database, fbo.gov, GSA in performing the Contracting requirements. The requirements involved the SOW, Market Research, Justification and Approval, an Abstract for documentation, Memorandum for Record, including the requirements outlined in the FAR and DFAR. Sourcing & Procuring Supplies to the Da Vinci Surgical Robotic System by Intuitive Surgical Systems, and the Hemodialysis Chemical Supplies and equipment, Pharmaceutical Box Picker for the Loma Linda VA Hospital Pharmacy, and Bed Rentals for the Los Angeles VA Hospital Service Contract, and a Software Database for the Research requirements between UCLA and the VA Los Angeles Engineers.

Contract Specialist NH1102 for the U.S. Air Force, DoD at Edwards Air Force Base, CA; 12 April 2010 thru 20 June 2019.

This position again was Cradle to Grave Contracting in accordance with the FAR, DFAR, AFFAR, & PGI. The types of contracts was for Supplies, Services, Software/Hardware, Training Courses for Flight Test Engineering, Radar Systems, Flight Test requirements, Weapon Systems, and other support requirements for the Warfighter. The contracts I handled were SBIR II, IDIQ, BPA’s, FFP, CPFF, CPAF types of contracts. The requirements included sourcing, competitive bidding, sources sought, Market Research, adherence to the TINA, SOW’s, Documentation & supporting documents with Memos for Record to incorporate comments, including the J&A, SPNM, PNM, & Abstracts. Memorandums for Record, Sole Sourcing, Brand Name or Equal with the appropriate justifications were required in all contract actions. Reviewing and analyzing the Solicitation packages before the Award and making a fair and reasonable conclusion to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and Best value based on FAR Part 13 as well as providing evidence the Contract was awarded based on being Fair and Reasonable through Sourcing Techniques and Market Research. In addition, I performed Contract Closeouts. I Worked with DCMA and DFAS when performing Contract Closeouts. This was also a process for new SBIR II Contracts. These requirements were required in the performance of Contract Closeouts and audits to all Contracts. Contract Closeouts included IDIQ, CPFF, FFP, & CPAF types of Contracts. The Closeout processes included the DD250 & DD882, CRIS Report, and the Wide Area Work Flow to verify contract payments/Invoicing approved & completed in order to officially closeout the contract file. All Contract Closeout Documentation was maintained on a spreadsheet.
