Designed risk-controlled policies by analysing risk using SQL and Pivot tables, initiated changes in risk segments

(geographical, Customer profile, asset, sourcing), applied and initiated new amendment to target untapped mar- ket increasing the market share from 4% to 7% (total assets from $2.2B to $3.4B) making the product profitable.

Spread the risk to different segments which reduced high volume charge off customers, reduced the risk of 90+ DPD from 0.42% to 0.10% and further charge offs. Amended polices for high charge off customers concentrated to several ratios i.e DSCR, Current ratio, Debt to Equity ratios, other liquidity and profitability ratios.

Portfolio analysis, predictions of delinquencies and evaluating loss using statistical tools, time series, seasonality adjustments and real-time data ecosystem – including internal, bureau, and alternative data sources.

Presenting findings to senior management (Presidents, Chief Risk Officer, Business heads) on monthly basis and collaborating with IT team to automate reports like monthly dashboards,non starter report etc.

Developed a scoring model basis 37 parameters with different weighted average i.e bureau score, no of years in business, age, financial performance, different ratios, existing or new customers etc.

Proactive actions on any arising risk to mitigate or avoid risks by changing regression models and policy inter- ventions.
