I was responsible to meet and greet patients/ clients. I was also responsible to answer the phone, I made appointments, I handled the doctor’s dairy. I captured patients details on the system. I did filling, I also took in cash payment. I called medical aid to see if there is funds available for the patient/client to do dental treatment . I was also responsible to make sure there is enough stationary within the practice and had to make sure the reception area is clean. I later became the accounts clerk . REASON FOR LEAVING
I resigned because I wanted to further my studies (I registered myself as a part time student however it became to much, because I would arrive late in class so I decided to resign so I can attend class full time however I started failing my modules and felt discouraged and than drop out).
