Wore many hats with this company in both FOH & BOH. Created recipes and new menu items (Collard Greens and Cheesecake) with owner that have become best sellers on the menu.

Won 1st place in citywide competition with Wing Sauce – city competition amongst all restaurants that sold wings – over 2K ppl in attendance of event.
