Responsible all tax aspects of Old Ironsides Energy (OIE)

Preparation of Fund, Management Company and GP K-1s and their estimates; including finding a half million- dollar mistake made by outside tax preparers.

Responsible for debt covenant compliance including tax to GAAP reconciling financials.

Portfolio Cash Flow on a Tax basis to manage Unrealized Business Taxable Income to LPs.

Accounting for the various entities under Liberty Mutual umbrella. Responsibilities included monthly closes, accrual reconciliation, and financials.
