IN-PROCESS QC INCHARGE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT OUALITY REPRESENTATIVE

To effectively reduce In-House rejection (COPQ) by constant follow-up and Process optimization

To reduce customer complaints by effective communication to operator and through constant training.

Ensure a defect free delivery of produced parts to customer

Support customer and to be an effective interface between customer and company

Revise control plan and FMEA periodically.

Perform internal Layered process audits and reduce non-conformances in process.

Monitor and to take necessary action to reduce In-House rejection.

Act as a quality planner and analyst to keep track of Quality measurable’ s in In-process side

Usage of SPC to monitor characteristics in SCIF and take disposition action if process is not capable

Maintain Quality Documents like SPC, FML, QA Etc.,
