I check the SharePoint Daily for any Exceptions to get the district’s approval anywhere from Contract language change, non-standard equipment, Supersedes and Length of contract etc.
I get questions from AE’s concerning CTP daily anywhere from why a determination can’t be ran or general question concerning CTP.
I work closely with Sean from Finance explaining the process for a CTP exception when Finance must review for approval could be twice or 3x’s a week.
The Region sends out a Monthly Performance Monitoring report, which I must get out to the Sales Force individually to each AE separately I do it or I have Anna do it, this can take up to several hours to complete.
