PRODUCT MANAGER, HDVI (HIGH-DEFINITION vehicle insurance)

Led a billing project to accept payments from our website and automated the posting, receipt, and reporting of that payment within our internal accounting system for our 200+ clients. This project saved the accounting team about 40 hours per month.

Within our CRM, led the automation of the telematics reporting project for both internal teams and external clients. The estimated savings that this project had on our Fleet Services team was about 15 hours per month.

Managed all work, sign-off, and budget for our 3rd party development contractor.

Created all Epics, Features, and User Stories (in Jira), BRD’s, and FRD’s, which contained Product Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, Use Cases, UI/UX, etc. for the Core systems around CRM, Billing and Accounting, and Claims.

Performed UAT on all applicable stories within the Sprint cycle and when necessary, performed (or assisted with) the QA testing.

Provided monthly status updates to C-level executives.

MARCH 2021 – JANUARY 2023

In building a new Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) (called Origence):

oCollaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand expectations, so that I can manage and write product requirements.

oProvided consistent communication regarding status updates, progress, demos, etc. to C-level executives, stakeholders, and teammates.

oLed cross-functional teams around the design, workflow, and building of the online (front-end) mortgage application process.

oLed my team in designing and building the back-end business rules pertaining to Mortgage Compliance.

oProvided input and workflow expertise into the solution architecture.

oCreated and maintained XSD, data dictionary, and integration guides.

Customer Satisfaction scores increased from 2.3 to 3.8; adoption rates of the Mavent product increased by 60%, and submission rates doubled (from 1.5 million to three million) per month.

Led project to create an online help guide for troubleshooting Compliance errors. Users would enter the error code into the UI and receive the top 3-5 reasons on why the error message was generated by the Compliance engine.

Led all third party integrations to the Mavent Compliance engine. Including creating and maintaining API, SDK, XSD, data dictionary documentation.

Updated our ticket escalation process, including creating integration between Salesforce and JIRA.

Managed two teams and updated and improved our Agile / Scrum process which led to a 35% increase in Sprint Story Points and improving productivity by 40%.

Created a quarterly focus group for our clients in which I would review our releases, roadmap, Q&A, and discuss any of their pain points, enhancements, etc.
