I have served the United Methodist Church in just about every permutation of ministry that there is: chaplain, small town pastor, multi-staff large church, youth pastor, suburban church, churches in danger of closing, churches in crisis and healthy churches.

I love just about every aspect of ministry, especially teaching, leading worship and preaching. I play guitar with passable ability and sing with feeling even if I don't always stay on key!

I have yet to find another career outside of ministry that is as challenging, fulfilling or diverse.
