Overview of My History:

Business

My responsibilities included installing and maintaining ERP solutions and development of business plans and the training of business partners in all areas. I have experience working with, reporting to and communicating with all business levels (CEO, CFO, CIO). My work history has exposed me to a variety of business travels for support and training. My experience in this area is vast and extends from budgeting annual staff salaries, hardware and software expenses and negotiating contracts on hardware, software and outsourcing.

During my time at Armour Swift-Eckrich and Cooper Lighting, designed and developed their freight logistics applications. The applications included the ability to perform order consolidation, carrier selection, routing, rating, BOL’s, and interfaces with A/P, A/R and G/L. At Armour Swift-Eckrich the application was responsible for maintaining a budget of $110 million annually. Also responsible for managing a team of fifteen.

At Hub Group, worked with i2 application and oversaw the development of the A/P, A/R and G/L interfaces into Infinium, the EDI interfaces into Gentran and a standard customer integration model. This model allowed for the integration into our customer’s supply chain applications. Successful implementations with; Wal-Mart, Target, Sweetheart Cup, Linens’N Things, Eagle Family Foods to name a few. Also developed the B2B front end for Gulf Lubes.

IS Team Manager

Managed all projects related to designing, developing and supplying logistics, imaging and QS operations applications for this global third party freight broker. Directed all aspects of IT projects from inception to completion including application review, components and compliance activities. Oversaw and directed three specialized teams and provided assistance to senior management with strategic planning, capacity planning and risk management.
