o Perform all kinds of administrative work in the context of management decisions. o Supervise and monitor of all BUH & DC BRAC Outreach health center and community staff. o Ensure good coordination with Govt. health authority of the City Corporation/Municipality/UH&FPO. o Ensure proper preventive strategies for infection control in the center. o Ensure the logistic support for Lab, X-ray, USG, OPD, and other department equipment o Maintain proper financial transactions, inventory management, and quality of service in the BUHC. o Maintain and update the Center Management Software on a daily basis. o Communicating and ensuring regular attendance of medical officers, consultants, and sinologists. o Prepare monthly requisition of medicine and health commodities for both BUHC & DCs center and BOC send requisition to head office.

o Develop detailed project plans for WASH interventions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.

o Implement and supervise water supply, sanitation, and hygiene projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget.

o Design and implement hygiene promotion campaigns to educate communities on the importance of good hygiene practices

o Implementing all marketing plans and activities instructed by management. o Keeping track of all kinds of financial transactions done at the center and field level. o Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. o Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 2. Program Coordinator -Reproductive Health & Rights Project from 02 April 2020 to 20 October 2020 at Bangladesh Labor Foundation- funded by DFID

Duties/Responsibilities:

o Project Management, developing work plan, follow up, and monitoring project implementation process. o Developing project strategies, assessing project risks and issues, and providing solutions where applicable.

o Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project o Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project-based staff and ensure vision center management standards are in practice.

o Prepare and ensure all program reports are as per guideline o Organize and facilitate local and national level events including advocacy and assessment initiatives and ensure participation from relevant agencies and stakeholders. o Coordinating and ensuring the development of all visibility, awareness-raising, and advocacy material with the support of Program In charge.

o Responsible for overall coordination, communication, and network building with formal and informal sector stakeholders.

3. Area Manager- “Health & Nutrition for Poor & Ultra Poor” Project from March 1, 2018, to March 30, 2020, at Dhaka Ahsania funded by EU,

Duties/Responsibilities:

PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE PEPSEP PROJECT:

o Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the Project acidity at the field level and also hospital level; o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational & promotional plans and budget for necessary approval.

o To ensure conduct baseline survey, FGD, KII, CAP, to assess the health situation in the community. o Conduct regular meetings(weekly, monthly, quarterly) with project staff, Govt. LGIs, Municipality, Hospital and Diagnostic center owner’s association; o Smooth coordination and arranging a meeting with District/Upazila administration, local government institutions, Govt. health departments, Private Hospital owners, community stakeholders, etc.; o Visit specialist doctors/lab technicians to ensure Voucher scheme receiver health services; o Organize the Quality Control visit with Govt. Health department to ensure the private hospital service. COACHING, MENTORING, AND CAPACITY BUILDING:

o Prepare quarterly/annual training/orientation plan for the staff's development; o Provide hands-on training for the PEPSEP project staff with the help of the technical officer/M&E officer; o Supervise the work of the supervisee and provide technical assistance (hands-on training) as needed. ADMINISTRATIVE, COORDINATION AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT: o Supervise, and control daily office attendance of the project staff. o Prepare quarterly procurement plan with the assistance of Finance & Admin Officer and ensure purchase

o Planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the project activities and developing future strategies;

o Ensure maintenance and proper use of all project equipment (Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, Tabs, and others).

o Ensure all sorts of accounts-related works, preserve all accounts-related documents properly approve the hospital and all kinds of purchase bills.

MONITORING & REPORTING:

o Coordinate analysis of real-time program monitoring data collected through SMS and o Smartphone Applications on a weekly and termly basis o Lead and conduct analysis of quantitative data as well as qualitative data on all program inputs, o outputs and outcomes

o Manage and conduct qualitative monitoring among program beneficiaries and other stakeholders o Prepare monthly, Sixmonthly, and yearly MIS & Narrative reports and submit to the program manager. 4. Deputy Manager (Skill Development & Job Placement) (January 1, 2014 – December 31, 2017) at Dhaka Ahsania Mission (a project of GIZ and Bangladesh Prisons) Duties/Responsibilities:

o Prepare a detailed training plan and develop an annual training calendar. o Develop a training module in the different trades of skill development. o Trainer selection and recruitment. verify trainers' documents and send to the prison authority for police verification.

o Responsible for the smooth implementation of all capacity development training for project staff and o stakeholders.

o Coordination with the official of the Department of Narcotics Control & Bangladesh Prisons. o Arrange workshops & meetings with the DoYD, DoWA, BKTTC, and BSIC for job placement and o rehabilitation.

o Supervise the counselor and rehabilitation Supervisors, to provide skill development training in Prison. o Develop strong relationships with private sector industry owners for job placements of trainees. o Prepare event report, a monthly and quarterly report and send to Project Manager. 5. Technical Officer-Education- at Dhaka Ahsania Mission (from January 1, 2011 to December 30, 2013) Duties/Responsibilities:

o Support education needs assessment as needed in intervention target areas; o Highlight education-related issues requiring an immediate or medium-term response and inform the Technical Specialist – Education (PIB) and Project Coordinator. o Assist in capacity building of field level/camp level staff or volunteers. o Track the progress of Education activities and provide regular updates to PC. Visit program/project sites on a regular basis to supervise and monitor basic education and learning related activities in the affected communities;

o Participate in basic education program review meetings at sub-district and camp levels; o Gather and provide information for progress reports to ensure timely implementation of basic education and learning activities;

o Facilitate in identifying youth & adolescents out of education with plan to return to education system or the non-formal education system;

o Document best practices and success stories for sharing the learning; o Support the monitoring and reporting of major concerns on education and as well as child protection concerns inside and around the learning centers/spaces and o Ensure early and rigorous implementation of quality and accountability mechanisms. o Design and facilitate capacity development activities/training for volunteers/facilitators in the areas of Basic Education/ECD/Youth Engagement;
