General manager
I was in charge of the annual budget; I supervised that the teams and
coaches had what they needed for their practices and games and among other things:
*All payments and expenses that were necessary such as:
-payment to coaches, rent, uniforms, tournaments (registration, travel, and lodging of coaches)
*I also supervised player registration payments
*I held motivational talks with coaches, parents, and players (one on one or in groups)
*If there were problems, I helped to reconcile the problem so
that a good outcome could be reached.
*Also, I was in charge of looking for academic programs for our players.
