I entered into L&M Radiator with the intention to expand my knowledge in
manufacturing as well as team leading. I continue to absorb as well as apply

Parker Hannifin, Yankton, SD- Assembler/ Production Lead
August, 2018- January, 2023
I started my career with Parker Hannifin as an assembler in August of 2018. Over the next 3 years I had
become a stand-out employee with my ability to uplift moods as well as motivation.
● When using accountability, compassion, as well as strategic thinking, I was seen as an
aggressively fearless leader.
In January of 2022, I accepted the position as a Production Lead. I then managed five finished product
departments as well as all employees working within those departments inside of Parker Hannifin’s
manufacturing facility. I managed between 50-200 employees day-to-day, 5-6 days per week. My
departments did so well using 5S and Sigma 6 metrics that we were able to adjust hours and reward my
employees.*
● Managing my employees through our time clock system (KRONOS), I also oversaw inventory
statistics for products in the facility (MANMAN) which correspond directly with our Sigma 6
system that I used on a daily basis.
● Assigned new hire employees to work areas, and completed weekly reviews for each new hire
as to oversee training and retention.
● Made any adjustments to daily work schedules for 50-200 employees, including their payroll
hours, managed vacation/ sick time, and also administered formal Disciplinary Actions.

Responsible for making outbound calls to delinquent card holders and resolving their delinquencies
while utilizing a skip tracing tool through our phone system. I was the liaison between creditor and
customer while professionally negotiating with the customer to reach a current balance with their
creditors.
● Collect payments on 1-2 month delinquency accounts and then promoted to collect on 3-4
month delinquencies after 7 months of employment
● Locate customers by using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents,
internet, and other paperwork or databases as necessary
● Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing
