EXPERIENCE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Extreme Heating and Air, Inc, Eagle River, Alaska 09/14 – 12/23

Operations manager for a company with 45 employees. Helped grow the company from 12 employees to 45 employees and increased the annual income 10-fold. Ensured all business licenses and corporation documents were up to date on a bi-annual basis. Ensured all managers completed their continued education to maintain their licenses. Added and removed vehicles from the QuickBooks database, auto policy and fleet card account as necessary. Filed workers compensation and vehicle accident claims with the appropriate insurance carrier.
