Process Operations:

OIL & GAS GATHERING STATION

1.Operation & control of wells through different headers for optimum production, oil manifolds, Gas manifolds, Gas lift manifolds, Surge Tanks, Separators (2&3 Phase), Dehydration Tanks, Water Disposal pumps, crude transfer pumps, chemical injection, gas/oil line pigging operations, well testing etc.

2.Handling 3 Phase Separators, oil reading & orifice changing, differential pressure reading.

3.Oil sample taking BS&W checking Demulsifier & Biocides Injection Pump operation etc.

4.Isolation & De-isolation of equipment vessels& tanks for maintenance. Familiar with work permit system. Gas testing, mechanical & electrical isolation procedures and co-ordination with maintenance crew, trouble shooting and reporting.

5.Successfully carried out pig launching and receiving operation of Oil & Gas flow lines from Well Head & Oil & Gas export lines. Fully involved in corrosion inhibitor, Chemical dosing prior to in between and after launching the pig.

6.SAFETY DEVICES

BOSEIT, H2S Safety, Fire safety,fire Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & CO;) using in fire classification, firewater pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Safety Jacket, and Gas detector.

Familiarized with hot work, cold work permits and vessel entry procedures.

Well Head Operations:

Oil and gas wells:

1.Well checking and well optimization.

Wellhead operation in unmanned wellhead platform for individual well testing through 3-phase test separator.

2.Diverting well to test separator and production header. Taking of test separator D.P and gas injection through three pen recorder (Barton).

3.Line up of test separator, control valves and indicator controller for production well testing. Collection of well fluid sample and checking of BS&W for the samples using centrifuge. Checking of salinity using refractometer, Salinity meter.

4.Regular logging of well pressures such as FTHP/SITHP, GIP (gas lift wells), TCA, CCA, Cavity pressure and bleeding of annulus pressure in abnormal wells.

5.Operation and maintenance of self-flow wells and gas lift wells, Jet pumps, ESP wells. Isolation and de-isolation of vessels and flow line for maintenance.

Operation of SSSV, SSV, XSDV, PSHL through control unit.

6.Co-ordinate with Info com team in times of RTU well checking.

7.Identifying the correct choke size and installing it in choke manifold for optimization.

8.Well activation of oil wells using gas lift.

CHEMICAL INJECTION:

1. Familiar with chemical injection of:

Scale inhibiter

Corrosion inhibiter Calcium nitrate

Demulsifier

H2S Scavenger

2.Done unloading of above mentioned chemical through Weldon pump for tankers.

3.Familiar with chemical injection pump start up and shut procedures. Cleaning of strainers and solving suction related troubles.

4.Familiar with dosing of chemical in well through flow cross and bottom hole by using autoclave valves.

5.Maintaining required dosing rates of chemical as per target sheets and reporting the same to CCR.

6.Identifying the pump issues and rectifying the same. Regular observation of flow rate and reporting of same to CCR.

POLYMER INJECTION:

Worked in polymer injection wells and their respective injection (Single piston double acting diaphragm) pumps.

Water Injection wells :

1.Conduct injectivity test in water injection wells to calculate injectivity parameters using Ultrasonic flow meter and report to optimisation team for further action.

2.Back wash of water injection wells on regular basis to maintain good injection rate. Collection of water samples on hourly basis.

3.Injecting chemicals in wellhead to inhibit corrosion and other problems.

General operations:

1.Co-ordinate with pipeline team during pigging operation both launching and receiving the pig.

2.Hydro testing of various flanges, hoses, chikson with proper safety procedure.

3.Worked in pneumatic control valves using digital controllers.

4.Familiar with pumps, compressors and all mechanical systems in field.

5.Familiar with PTW system and all industry standard plant safety procedures.

6.Preparing DPR and normalizing process after blackout.

7.Preparing PR for materials required. Coordinating with other site crew for safe effective work.

8.Co-ordinate with the Supply vessel for material transportation and supervise the crane operations.

9.Housekeeping and maintenance of well head platform decks and ensure for availability of needs.

10.Inspection of Safety equipment such as life raft, life ring, fire extinguishers.

11.Gas testing and confined space entry procedures.
