2011-2017 Next Gaming/Director of Business Development

Retained to achieve approval for a server based gambling system by Nevada regulators, a project that was 2 years in the making and in excess of $3 million previous capital investment.

Sold, placed and marketing large cap x gaming systems, slot machines.

Helped finalize first known centralized determination outcome (RNG) gaming system built and deployed in Nevada that enabled “on the fly” game play device changes to the appetite of playing consumer. Major paradigm shift from conventional device R&D development pathway. Reduction in time to market created dramatic efficiencies and cost savings.

Started as contractor then migrated to key man W2 employee to satisfy regulators. Was successful in deploying the system online, field tested and approved by Nevada Gaming Control. The system operates today in Nevada. Ground up build of several slot Game themes and designs. Company was early adopter to skill based slot machine devices. Managed sales of slot machine devices nationally primarily in tribal markets in CA, AZ, OR, WA, OK, WI, MI, FL, CT, NY.

2008-2011 Bank of America Vice President/Regional Sales Manager

Integrate RM product suite into consumer banking model as POS

Develop customer rules of engagement, practices, protocols, compliance, opt in-out policies, develop and maintain benefit to customer ratios on loan fees. Also liaison and generate third party originators for contract loan revenue.

Map, hire, train, entire sales organization of this product suite, manage a P&L for my region.

Responsible for developing from scratch a direct to consumer channel to market reverse mortgage loan products.

This involved the development of a bank store referral program, compliance program, bank customer acquisition plan for reverse mortgages for central California. Loan processing, underwriting and funding.

1994-2004 Resort Properties of America Vice President-Partner

Involved in all aspects of sales of hotel & casino assets concluding transactions on the buy or sell side with the Sands Corp, Caesars Palace, Circus Circus Enterprises, the Dunes Hotel Casino, the Stratosphere Tower, Grand Casinos, the Boyd Group and Bank of America.
