Functioning and operation of Hotels and Restaurants. Cooking for the guest, basic knowledge in food
preparation, reservations and registration of guest. Cleaning and Maintenance of Kitchen as per
standard. Also worked successfully under busy operations in the hotel with no complaints from guest
