Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with MOH and other programs staffs,ensure streamedline patient flow to avoid missed opportunities in screening for HTS and Prep.

Offer first line support (LIVES) to survivors of gender based violence(GBV) including those experiencing intimate partner violence in HIV settings.

Compile,intergorated HTS report as required.

Provide confidential HIV counseling and testing to persons at risk for HIV infection as per Kenya HTS national guidelines.

Ensuring complete to care and treatment or prevention services including psychosocial support to clients seeking services for HTS & Prep at the services at the facility and community setting.

Participate actively in the facility's quality assurance activities,case discussions(MDT),infection prevention activities among others.
