DECISION VALUE, INC. FOUNDER/MANAGING DIRECTOR 2010–PRESENT Decision Value is a management consulting company. Clients included Lexity, Cisco Systems, Storm8, and other very early, stealthy, start-up companies.

Cisco Systems, Inc. – Program Managed R&D projects and converted it to Cisco’s new HW and SW Videoconferencing products, Media eXchange Network and Media eXchange Analytics v1.1 thru 1.5 (rebranded as MXE and Pulse Video Analytics).

Lexity, Inc. (Acquired by Yahoo) – Consulted to the CEO on corporate growth and M & A strategies which resulted in being acquired by Yahoo.

Storm8, Inc. – Advised Board and CEO on corporate strategy and productization plans for nascent mobile app market STEALTH10, INC. FOUNDER/VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCTS 2010–2015 Stealth10 is a start-up mobile app development company that develops and publishes a Massively Multiplayer Online

(MMO) game for the iOS platform. Founded the company and as head of development teams, I developed network infrastructure and deployed the game platform on AWS to enable fast skinning of games on iOS client. TRION WORLD NETWORK, INC. SENIOR DIRECTOR, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT 2007–2009 Trion develops and publishes Online MMO Games.

Led all Programs for Engineering, Creative, and Web divisions. Created organizational structure to match industry best practices. Headed all IP/Patent and Trademark projects and published all corporate and game legal protections for B2C projects.

ORACLE CORPORATION DIRECTOR, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Released Siebel CRM v7.8.2, Siebel Self Service, and Oracle CRM R12. Automated the field readiness programs for all of Siebel’s products & released Oracle R12 CRM product line. Successfully integrated teams from 3 different geo-locations and two acquisitions (Boston, Silicon Valley, and India). Converted 6 research projects into Siebel Self-Service which was turned into Oracle’s first SaaS product line. SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Personally retained $220 Million in revenues for Oracle, successfully created and was responsible for all Oracle VOD customer relationships in APAC, including Hitachi mega-project, Korea Telecom, and China’s GuangDo VoD projects. Created and ran Video Encoder Partner Program, wrote whitepaper, and presented this revolutionary technology, Video Encoding Standard API for MPEG standards body, allowing TiVo and others to pause live-TV, and record & play digital video simultaneously.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology – B.S. in Aerospace Engineering - Focusing on Rocket and Systems Design. Certificate – Google PM certificate for Program Management through Coursera online course. Additional Information – US Citizen. Fluent in English and Korean, with reading knowledge of French, Spanish, and Russian. 3 Patents Pending (filed 2008 & 2009) with 1 as the lead developer of the IP.
