Conduct inspection of the insureds property of roof and obtain photos of elevations and sketching diagrams of exterior/interior if requested.

Claims accepted via GRS app, Inspections is completed via Field Assist App, and once scoping is completed and submitted, type in claim via Virtual Assist App and contact Allstate Desk Adjuster and discuss about what was submitted and assist of determining coverage.

Examine claims forms and other records to determine insurance coverage.

Task assignments does require you to inform as much as you can and as the inspector: take photos, label the photos, complete an abbreviated report with additional details obtained through scoping, measurements and a sketch or diagram.

As an on-demand property inspector, I inspect low

severity/minimal damage claims. Some examples could include but not be limited to hail damage to a roof (does the roof require replacing or repair), pipe burst under a sink in an upstairs bathroom (determine water damage to floor, possible ceiling damage in the downstairs area); break-in or theft at a vacant home (document break in and items stolen).

Handled less than 100 CAT claims all ranging from low severity to total losses.

Responsibilities: Monitors and dispatches EMS assignments loaded in CAN Vendor Management (CVM) software as needed.
