I am currently still involved with SWIHSA the C.N.A. program I ran and am doing QMA clinicals through our campus to grow our CAN’s into furthering their careers. While I was there . I taught a college level Class through an Ivy Tech program for Certified Nursing assistants. I have worked here for almost 7.5 years and am dedicated and hard working. I recruited students then did all the entry paperwork with them. I set up their pre class testing as well. I then taught and did clinicals. I also did the billing and filing ect. This program is monitored by State so I have to also always be detail oriented and have all files in perfect order. I audit files and reconcile billing ect. I am also a floor nurse PRN at our assisted living as well as the long term as a nurse to keep my skills. I do all skills days for our company and teach BLS CPR classes.
