Doing the review of all house rules and regulations of different properties of JLL and recommend additional provisions if needed. SHELL EXPLORATION – Facility Manager (September 15 to May 15, 2010), under Colliers International.

In charge in maintaining and monitoring all SPEX equipments and building operations. Tasked to monitor, update and sustain all office supplies in all departments, maintaining all pantry supplies, etc.

•In charge to maintain, repair and rectify all ex-pat houses located in Ayala Alabang Village. I am also tasked to receive, hand over and turn over the houses of ex-pats to the house owner of broker and vice versa.

ONE ECOM CENTER BUILDING – Property Manager ( November 15, 2008 to September 15, 2009), under Colliers International

•Manages a 8,575 sqm. Property owned by the Sy Family, located in MOA Complex, Pasay City. In charge of the total operations of the building, administrative, supervises technical matters, security and upkeep of the building. Ensuring technical works is within the building standards and government standards.

•In coordination with the mall management regarding special events in MOA complex like, concerts, fun run, kite competition, earth hour event, etc. Takes charge in the annual fire drill and seminars, ensure compliance on business permits and certificates required by the City Government.

•Ensuring smooth communication with the tenants or building occupants. Preparation and submission of monthly report like financials, administrative, security and others. Giving assistance with the leasing department in show casing the vacant units.
