Successfully established various blanket purchase orders and agreements for both commercial and nuclear commodities for the Cook Nuclear Plant and MOX Facility. This effort resulted in a dramatic reduction in the out of stock material and provided just in time delivery.

Created up and facilitated a tracking mechanism for the completion of aging Engineered Equipment and Construction teams Over, Short, Damaged and Discrepant (OSD&D’s) shipments. The total number of OSD&D’s where decreased by 50% within the first month and resulted in a decrease in the overall number of aging mismatched invoices.

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS) 2019 – April 2022

During my time with SRNS, I was assigned to the Strategic Services Procurement Group responsible for execution and administration of sixteen (16) service subcontracts and four (4) Blanket Order Agreements (BOA’s) for HVAC and Fuel Tank Maintenance totaling over $19M. I transitioned over to the Construction and Engineered Equipment Procurement Group in April but I’m currently on loan to the IT & Personnel Services Group responsible for the execution and administration of five (5) BOA’s for Professional and Technical Services that involve twenty one (21) Task Order Authorizations (TOA’s) totaling over $33.5M until personnel changes can be obtained. The subcontracts assigned to me involve Service Contract Act (SCA) and Foreign Ownership, Control and Influence (FOCI) requirements.

I was responsible for working closely with a diverse group of Engineers in subcontract planning and administration. Managed the commercial aspects of subcontracts assigned to me through award, execution, and closeout per established project procedures including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR). As the team lead, I was responsible for weekly tracking and providing status to upper management for a number of departmental actions including Request for Change Proposals (RFCP’s), Technical Change Notices, Supplier Deficiencies, Backcharges, Requests for Equitable Adjustments, Vendor Shop Inspections Schedules, Invoice Mismatches, and Shipment discrepancies (OSD&D’s). Worked closely with Engineering, Accounts Payable, Project Controls, Quality Control, Material Management and Receiving to maintain compliance and resolve issues. Conducted departmental staff meetings and prepared and discuss safety topics with our group. Have lead and been on several Self-Assessment teams for Procurement.
