Responsible for directing and controlling the technical processes in the area of information technology, networks and telephony, managing the resources in order to satisfy the needs of the Institution, including the communication of plans, objectives, goals and procedures to the personnel in charge.

I ensured the correct computational operation of the 20 sales rooms of the company, in the cities of Santiago and Viña, also being in charge of developing and improving the system platform (web, desktop and database), leading a team of four professionals. I carry out analysis of current processes for the generation of proposals for improvements, in addition to managing suppliers, providing support and attention to external and internal clients, in person or remotely, according to the requirements presented. Responsible for controlling, coordinating and carrying out the different stages of each project, ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives in budgetary, administrative and human resources terms, in addition to making operational and technical advances; as well as adopt strategic decisions based on each project and the company. I ensured that the technological projects assigned and destined to the management of 300 branches and 2500 users, are executed according to the organization's standards, complying with the estimated times and the assigned budgets, (over 500 MUS $). I carried out the necessary actions to ensure having the necessary professionals, both internal and external, to participate in the projects assigned by the project management area, through the management of the Gantt Chart. I managed multidisciplinary teams, including four contractor companies, as well as alerted regarding deviations, establishing the corresponding corrective instances. Responsible for the implementation of projects related to IT architecture, under the SOA philosophy, in addition to being in charge of organizing and managing monitoring and control activities in the work teams of the operational, administrative and business areas. I prepared the start-up, estimation, planning and budget documentation, as well as identifying and negotiating with the professionals involved in the projects (30 to 50 people and 5 Software/Hardware companies IBM, Oracle, HP). Faced with possible deviations in planning, I implemented alerts and determined corrective and preventive actions.

Project Manager.

Responsible for leading a team of technical consultants (servers, networks, communications, database, applications) in the implementation of an alternate Data Processing Center as part of the Mega - Regulatory Project DRP (Natural Disaster Recovery Plan) for the bank.

I exercised the control, as well as the management of the various requirements, problems and operational and regulatory incidents, in addition to preparing the planning activities in the new projects of the systems (Electronic Banking, Credit Card System).

I managed to optimize the execution of the Alternate Data Center Project planning by 75%, including a 60% reduction in incidents and operational requirements.

BFC BANK COMMON FUND, CARACAS, VENEZUELA. (1999-2009) Project Manager.

Responsible for leading the team of programmers and architects for the four new projects (Database Migration and Core Banking), in addition to maintaining incidents in Core Banking and sub-systems. I participated in the implementation of our own work methodology; based on the principles of the PMI, in addition to providing 2nd level support to 300 users of the Bank's systems. Additionally, I prepared the progress reports on the projects, along with monitoring the maintenance activities of the system modules (Cash, Customers, BackOffice, Mortgage Loans, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Deposits ) .

I managed to maximize by 90% the proper functioning in the environment of the applications and the Banking Core, including the reduction by 40% of the response times of the transactions of the 200 branches. Consulting
