● Consistently produced high AP Chemistry results above global averages (My AP chemistry classroom average/global average; 2022– 3.7/2.7, 2021 – 4.2/2.8, 2020 – 3.5/2.7)

● Between 2013-2016, led an overhaul of our school's approach to high school STEM education to allow for students to take higher level science courses earlier in their high school career. This allowed for students to match STEM requirements for Japanese university entry
