Notice of Hiring Costs

Because of the high rate of applicants who go through the hiring process and never pick up a shift, Right at Home must ensure that all applicants offered a job are serious about actually working with the company. Costs to bring in new employees are very high and the company cannot continue to pay for this process without solid commitment from all new hires. Beginning April 3, 2018, all applicants set for hire with Right at Home, In Home Care Agency, Lafayette La, will be charged for the application process in three installments (or until paid) from their first three paychecks.

After working for the company for 6 months, at no less then 20 hours a week, the company will reimburse the employee for the cost of hire in full. If you choose not to continue with the hiring process, please notify the office coordinator at the front window. If you do choose to continue, please continue to fill out the application so we can move to the next step.

Full cost of application process: $96

Deduction in first three checks: $32 each

If first checks are less than $32 each, the cost will be spread until paid. If you have any questions about this, please ask the office coordinator. understand I will be charged in three
