Senior Project Manager, 2021-2023

Promoted from a Store Setup Project Manager (2020-2021) to traveling nationwide to oversee projects ranging from $500K to $18M, demonstrating effectiveness in areas of planning, multi-tasking, building collaborative relationships, meeting hosting, and working across departmental and functional boundaries. Worked closely with prospective customers, field operations staff, and customer support team members to drive the success of new store openings and changeovers. Led cross-functional project teams, monitoring performance and progress to ensure each project was completed on time and budget. Key Accomplishments:

Recognized for outstanding communication and reporting by a Senior Manager during the largest retail acquisition ever, converting 1100 Rite Aid stores to Walgreens.

Demonstrated outstanding leadership, coaching, and mentorship to have 5 direct reports be promoted into store manager positions.

Trained the front-tier employees in the store on how to listen, and groom and empower teams to be better decision-makers.

Achieved a “perfect set-up” in terms of operations, financing, budget, and so on to have three stores highlighted in the quarterly corporate presentation for other stores to model.
