PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Advanced Teller - Check City 2018-2021

Provided exceptional customer service to a vast array of clients in person and over the phone.

Excelled and mastered the policies and procedures set by the State of Utah and Check City as well as the terms and conditions for each of the five different loans available. Processed many Western Union transactions daily while following all national and international wire transfer policies.

Responsible for verifying customer account information as well as verifying all checks cashed were valid, authorized by the “maker” and had available funds.

Collected and verified all loan applications as well as clients official identification, proof of employment, banking information and recent paystubs.

Determined which type of loan was best for the client and set a credit limit and payment schedule for each account.

Temporary Employment Positions 2015-2018

Sought out temporary employment for a year and a half to brush up on my skills, such as, quality interactions with customers/clients, continue an understanding of the current job market and explore different options and learn from new experiences.

Deseret Industries (Jan 2018-June 2018) This position is mostly volunteer work and part-time. It does not require a notice. Interacting with a diverse clientele in the woman’s department. Organizing clothing racks, displaying and organizing new merchandise on a daily basis while supervising my peers in this department.

Elite Chiropractic (November 2016-May 2017) Front Desk supervisor, answering phones while greeting and checking in existing and new patients. Obtained all insurance information, confirmed and collected any balance on each patient account before scheduling their next appointment. Closed out daily AR report and corrected any mistakes so the AR would correspond with the daily collections from patients and insurance checks.

Comcast (June 2015-Jan 2016) Collections from inbound/outbound calls from current customers. Also, made payment arrangements and secured future payments with client’s credit card or checking account. Each month I was a Platinum Collector and top performer on my team.
