When not upstairs filling out paperwork or planning activities for the kids to play after they ate their lunch an assignment would be to work in the kitchen or in the factory area helping package food. • Halfway into the summer term at the FBEM another task was given of supervising/managing the teenager volunteers hired to help the factory workers package food.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assigned to be a sales associate with duties including being a cashier, filling online orders and loss prevention . Later in my employment with Old Navy I was given the role of being the upstairs men’s department head and being responsible for making sales, making deals with neighboring stores to sell merchandise and controlling shipment orders. Left due to school ending for the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Initially hired in as the store manager with a team of 6 overseeing sales, handling the cash office and closing store duties. After being there for about a month I was given the opportunity of being the event coordinator/brand ambassador. This entailed creating relationships with large companies such as the Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox to have them sell our merchandise in their team shops. Would also coordinate meetups with team players in our stores for people to do meet and greets or generate sales. This turned into my team and I going to sporting events, speaking with team executives and bringing our merchandise into the stadiums. Unfortunately, this ended due to covid restrictions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Started off as a tech associate in the front end helping with cashiering, tech assistance and stocking. Around three months into my employment I was promoted to tech supervisor overseeing all tech sales and customer service in our store. This supervisor role also included open and closing duties, cash office handling, weekly meetings with district managers to explain sales and shipments. Being the only tech supervisor, I would regularly work on computers and printers trying to diagnose the problems as well as generate sales. Being proficient in microsoft was necessary in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a senior sales associate my main job was to make sure the front end ran smoothly and helping other cashiers with any trouble they had. This would include cash handling, customer service, tech problems and helping with carrying out larger items. Began to start learning the logistics side of the company such as shipments, freight, large online orders and stocking. I would help the morning shift with unloading shipments while cashiering the front end.
