The HHS Coordination Operations Response Element (H-CORE) (formerly Operation Warp Speed) under the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is the team that coordinates all COVID-19 medical countermeasures (ex: vaccines, monoclonal antibody treatments, antivirals) in response to the ever-evolving COVID-19 pandemic. Public Health Program Assessment and Evaluation

Develop and refine complex allocation strategies for therapeutic medical countermeasures (MCMs).
