I utilize exceptional leadership skills combined with an extensive knowledge of all construction sub-trades and a strong 'hands on' type work ethic. I pride myself in exercising excellent communication skills and the ability to scour blueprints, plans and designs (shop drawings) in turn to send out RFIs to the Architects and Engineers while keeping jobs on schedule and under budget and maintaining a positive working relationship with the client, city officials and contractors. I have learned to deal well with inspectors and city/county officials and enjoy processing permits and plan corrections/changes. I personally own a vast variety of tools and don't mind safely using any of them.
