Education 1997-1998 York Technical Institute York, PA Associate in Specialized Business - Computer Systems Specialist The foundation of my technical experience began on PC's, Laptops, and Servers running Microsoft Windows and IBM OS/400. After one year as a Computer Operator I was promoted to PC Support Specialist where I gained valuable experience in PC hardware/software. I continued in this role supporting PC's, Laptops, and HelpDesk. I worked with trouble ticketing systems such as Track-It and HelpSTAR. I assisted the network team in building and troubleshooting HP Proliant servers and running Cat5 ethernet cabling.
