Recruited more than 20 canvassers by performing direct on the ground outreach at Union Shops and College Campuses in Orange County.

Lead a team of Canvassers in signature gathering and direct voter outreach to aid in the victory of our campaign.

Travelled to Dekalb County Georgia to canvass for Raphael Warnock's Senate Race. Moved an average of 4 voters a day to send in confirmation of their votes. Assisted and helped to lead the checkout process for a team of more than 50 canvassers.

Managed and staffed more than 800 volunteers from all around California's second largest county, pulling in more than 100 volunteers every week.

Developed and trained a twelve person-team of student organizers in mobilizing their communities. Coordinated more than 25 virtual house parties for enthusiastic Democrats to promote volunteer engagement.
