This project included both preconstruction and construction management services for this major life sciences complex. This project had a BIM layout with all sub-contractors included in the BIM modeling. It had multiple layers of both dirty and clean piping as well as a storage tank for firewater with a self-contained pumping station. This project had multiple buildings including Production, Pilot, Administration and CUP.

$155 Million Core and Shell - $36 Million MEP

This project was executed in a highly collaborative delivery methodology and in a 100% virtual design and construction platform. This 382,000-sf project is comprised primarily of high-tech laboratory space in two buildings connected through a glass Atrium with 180,000 sf of below-grade parking and mechanical space.

6.Brown University – Sydney Frank Life Science Center

176,000 sf lab building including unfired steam generators, custom air handlers, steam boilers for sterilization, low temperature boilers for summer operation and high temperature hot water loop campus system, multiple locations of strobic exhaust fans, animal labs on a vivarium floor
