Created architectural floor plans, elevations and all necessary details for residential and commercial projects. Also did civil site drawings with tree buffers, dumpster pads and chain link fence drawings and all necessary details to complete project. Created foundation plans with all necessary details needed for residential and commercial projects. Made site visit to verify all the existing conditions of project. Worked with Auto cad 2023 and Canon 3000 to produce drawings for each project.

• I was responsible for accounts payable and change orders, etc.

• I also handled all the drawings, revisions made to the drawings, etc.

• I ordered the metal building.
